Review on Dahle Automatic Adjustable Gridlines Guillotine by Hannah Curi

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Bought because of 5 star ratings, 1 star Head warnings

I was hesitant to buy this paper cutter. I really only needed a paper cutter that would cut 3-10 sheets of paper at a time along the exact line. The paper I cut is micro camera release paper, quite expensive and it is very important that it is cut straight. I, like everyone reading this review, looked at various paper cutters from $20 to $100. I thought $100 paper cutters with lots of good reviews would be good, but I figured why spend so much just to cut paper? Now I wish I had made, or at least bought, another cutter in this price range. This paper cutter does not cut straight. I repeat, this paper cutter does not cut straight. It's nowhere near a straight cut. Start about half an inch from the start and you'll notice the paper getting wider. By the time you get to the bottom of a regular-size printer paper, you'll be at least half an inch wider than the top of the paper, and possibly even wider. Not only did this not cut straight, it literally ruined very expensive micro camera paper. Don't waste your money, you will lose more money than you save on this paper. I actually use a precision knife to cut the paper at the moment, it's literally useless unless you care if your paper comes out skewed. Not only did this not cut straight, but literally ruined very expensive micro camera paper. Don't waste your money You will lose more money than you save on this paper.
