I was hesitant to buy this paper cutter. I really only needed a paper cutter that would cut 3-10 sheets of paper at a time along the exact line. I ordered a unit but have requested a replacement due to issues. Revain sent me a replacement which arrived quickly but with the same problems. I've customized both but am considering returning them both as the product shouldn't require that much tweaking. Pros: The metal base is heavy and has well-placed rubber feet to keep it from slipping on a slippery desk. . The grip is strong.
