I like that you can create your own recipes without having to have someone else do it, as well.

It also has some nice features such as an auto-calculator which helps with calculating ingredients needed or other functions of different products/instruments in our system (i'm not sure about this one). The interface isn't very user friendly when adding new functionality so if there's something we need but haven’t thought off yet then its best just stick with what they offer until more options are available through upgrades etc., i guess? There really aren't any problems at all unless maybe you're looking into purchasing additional modules from them - everything works fine! We mostly use Prims primarily because their customer service team was able to answer most questions within minutes instead of hours unlike others who require us sending emails back and forth multiple times before.
