My safe was defective but I got a refund

**UPDATE - I am still unable to get the safe open but I truly hope it was because it is a dud or accident. The seller reached out to me and offered me a replacement or refund. I accepted the refund. I am so glad they reached out to me and were so kind to give me my money back**Sooo. While setting the code and messing with it, the lid got shut accidently with the switch stuck in B in the side. safe to say it won't open now. The code doesn't work, the default code doesn't work. It's just stuck and isn't useful. Make sure you switch it back to A in the side before the lid gets shut. Totally wasted my money.
