Real time analytics of customer activities in restaurant

The best thing about this software I have found so far would be that it gives me insights into my clients which helps give them what they want at their place.

This program also allows you get alerts when your client opens or closes an app. There are downsides too because sometimes there can be some glitches but not all problems will go away just like how any other product out there can do well if used properly. We've noticed changes within our restaurants after we implemented everything from food orders through payment processings to guest check ins; however, nothing beats having real data compared to using assumptions and guessing for certain things going wrong within the stores.

  • Ability track customer's progress (like with mobile)
  • Gives us feedbacks regarding customers' experience in terms where he/she was most comfortable while dining such as table number etc.
  • Real time tracking system makes sure no important tasks goes unnoticed hence less chance encountering issues later down line! :)
