So we had this installed for a couple of months and no problems. Then, my husband went to use it and the arm shot up and ricocheted off the microwave and slammed down into my new range. The arm set screws are not long enough to hold up under the water pressure and eventually come loose. Very disappointed with this product.Update:After my review, I was contacted by the company and they let me know they have made product changes and now have a copper fitting instead of a plastic one that can withstand the water pressure.I had already ordered another one so I declined receiving a new one. I did receive great customer service and a full refund so I’m updating my review from one star to three.
