Review on CPS Products VPC2SU Vacuum Pump by Brandon Boones

I have several CPS pumps and this little pump has grown on me and has easily become my most used pump. The pump size is small and the single stage rotary vane design makes it a whisper compared to its big brother 8cfm 2-Stage. This pump operates at 6 feet per minute in over 350 microns on comparable brand models and is small enough to make a 30 pound refrigerant cylinder feel like it's made of lead. I use this pump daily for equipment 3 tons and under. Best of all, it's small, requires less oil to run, and doesn't cost as much to drain the oil. This model isn't two volts, which doesn't bother me, but I don't like the fact that the cord doesn't come loose. I have already recommended all of this to others who have bought this pump and would rather wear it than the larger models.
