Bought a third one, we like it very much! The wires break every few months so they last us about two years every time we buy one - wish they only sold packs of spare wires! We bought another cheese slicer from the store the last time it broke and immediately bought a new one. of them online after using it once because it was not adjustable and cut very thick slices of cheese. They work great allowing you to easily adjust how deep your cheese is sliced! I'm knocking it down a star because it seems like the wires we got with it are a lot more bent than in the past, which causes a small problem (but not too big once you start pushing it, it tightens the wire).
