One of the worst products I've bought from Revain. The packaging was torn and the contents are missing, the delivery man told us we might need to return it when he dropped it off. We have this at another house about 90 miles from where we live so returning is a pain. The device was advertised for a 48-inch hole, but that's not the case. The width of the top of the device is 48 inches. When you try to put it in the hanger brackets, there is not enough space to insert it. Cut about 1/4 inch from one side to make it fit. Next problem: missing hardware, no center support brace in the box, I was able to modify the old brace and get it to work. Next problem: The up and down movement is very rough and not smooth like most other cheap blinds, which is very disappointing. I believe this unit was improperly packaged due to sizing issues and was returned to Revain by a previous customer, this explains the torn packaging and missing parts. Revain or his supplier repackaged it, sealed the end with tape, and shipped it to the next customer. Of course I can't prove anything, that's just my opinion, I will definitely not buy this product again.
