It runs narrow; even if you bought it as a "wide " bike shoe
While the concept makes complete sense, the narrow fit makes the shoe uncomfortable; at least, for those of us that need a wide shoe size. I am currently applying stretchers to relieve some of the discomfort. It successful, having a shoe that one can use with cleats and walk in almost normal fashion will be an ideal achievement. These challenges aside, the shoe is well constructed and should yield prolonged use.

I bought these for husband and he loves them. We bought the spd clips separately and they were easy to install. They fit just right and he likes that they have the 3 velcro straps.
