Review on Stainless Thermocouple Thermometer Temperature Measurement by Yousef Clark

Set up was a little fancy but once set up it is very easy to use. The recorder feature and easy download is great. The 4 ports are very useful, but the 2 sensors it comes with pretty well covers my use cases. I wish there was a DC adapter included, but the batteries are fine, the recorder can take continuous readings at 5 minute intervals for at least 3 weeks. The sensor can measure very high temperatures, but the device itself will generate a high temperature alarm if exposed to an environment of 60-65 degrees C.
