These shock absorbers fit the front of the CJ2 Jeep. My Jeep has a 283 V8 hot rod and the shocks made it handle a lot better. I can corner really hard and accelerate to 6500 rpm. These are gas-adjusted monotube shock absorbers, so they should also be suitable for off-road and sand dunes. A few years ago I used these shock absorbers on VW race cars and Bajas. If you're thinking about swapping out shock absorbers on a classic Jeep and don't want to use big white shock absorber cans, you can't go wrong with this one.
