To be honest I don't know what the negative reviews are about. Someone remarked that it "definitely doesn't save space". I would suggest they live in a small trailer with little storage space and high expectations. We don't seem to have received any random duplicate spices, the product was undamaged and arrived on time. The lids came a little loose, but they're sealed so it doesn't matter. Personally, I wouldn't put anyone off, especially since the condiment costs at least $5 a bottle to purchase.
