Okay, the air filter wasn't made specifically for the airbox on my 1985 Honda 125 trx, but with a little gorilla tape better than an old one rag that I used before. I honestly had no idea how worn out my old carburetor was. My only issue is that I now have to order the brakes because to be honest this poor old 4 wheeler was sent to the scrap yard but now that I've bolted on that new carburetor it's been such a night and day difference that I'm treating the pain back from him slamming me into the rear rack the first time I tried it. That's not true, this TRX burns about as much oil as it burns fuel, and with the old carburetor it took everything it took to get started because you had to wait for throttle response. The hardest thing about this review is not using profanity to describe how amazing the first night's experience was once everything was hooked up and set up, albeit a bit rich maybe because I was supposed to have enough gas to burn oil but it is definitely better than the original carburetor kit which ironically costs more at your local honda shop and doesn't really fix anything other than leaks. I bought one from Honda 12 years ago when I wanted to restore this thing and it has done nothing more than a fuel proof rtv. This brand new carburetor is just right for the old quads. This took my contribution from being a half a55 toy for my 6 year old to play with, back to something my 35 year old a55 is now a bit scared of top speed with. I completely forgot how many revs and speed these things have. This carb is 100% worth it in my opinion.
