Let me start by saying that part of the problem is that my router is not fully compatible with this product so I had to run it in compatible mode to get it to work is working. However, this reduces bandwidth significantly (assuming your internet connection is above about 120Mbps, which seems to be the maximum bandwidth). The second problem I noticed was that even the VPN app installed on iOS devices was picky about what it allowed and what it denied. Even if it works "wide open" it would discard something or cause something to not work locally. Tech support was helpful when I contacted them, but they gave me so many problems that I just gave up. Now I have to return it (I hope my return hasn't expired yet).
