This thing is like a nightmare. Instead of helping to protect our children, we adults seem to have been more blocked by them. We never had any problems with our internet until the circle was installed. We had to make our Alexa and TV uncontrollable due to the doom's yellow light. The bedtime timer and reward features are nice, but the good doesn't outweigh the bad.

Compared to the 1st generation, the second is a hundred times worse. And triple the price. The first generation allowed me to control any device that joined my network. This second generation can only control devices that have the Circle app installed. That's enough to pay less than 300 dollars for a subscription. But the question is why the next version of the product should be worse than the previous one. I would give this product a 5 if I could.

Let me start by saying that part of the problem is that my router is not fully compatible with this product so I had to run it in compatible mode to get it to work is working. It's easy to set up and use if (big IF) you only use ONE router with ONE band (2.4 or 5.0 but NOT both ) and NO guest network. It also doesn't even recognize the Chromebook, period.
