It's easy to set up and use if (big IF) you only use ONE router with ONE band (2.4 or 5.0 but NOT both ) and NO guest network. It also doesn't even recognize the Chromebook, period. I had high hopes for this based on recommendations from friends. I'm not a techie and have done my due diligence by checking the tech support and FAQ. I've also tried iPhone, Android, Windows laptops and desktops.
