Yarn was wet in bag
The box was fine and the yarn was in a sealed bag. There was condensation on the bag and the yarn was very heavy. I opened the bag and the tag fell apart and the yarn got soaked like it was in a bucket in front of my hand or something. I don't think it's right that we spend time and money out of our own pockets to return things that aren't our fault.
