Well done doesn't even apply to the Remasiko cheese slicer. Your great-grandchildren's great-grandchildren will enjoy this thing for a long time to come. California falls into the sea. I'm not giving it 5 stars for all two (personal) reasons: 1) The grip is a bit small for my large hands and just doesn't feel "right". 2) The food slicer seems too heavy due to the small handle. A stronger grip feels better in the hand and is better balanced. Just like a good knife feels in the hand. And for those interested in wire; Yes, the tabs on each end of the wire are attached with screws. It can't be seen that well in the photos.
