Review on 🔧 Permatex 80333 Muffler Tailpipe Putty, 4oz., 4 Ounce by Brian Finley

Used on my grandmother's Nissan Frontier to seal the edge of her muffler. I had never done this before so this was a first for me and I doubted it would work. I followed the instructions on the tube of putty, but I didn't have gloves, so I decided to apply it with my bare hands anyway. I smeared it nice and clean after cleaning the area with some sort of brake cleaner. Once applied, the putty was left overnight without even starting the car until the next morning. The putty did its job well and I was very happy with it, it still held up after a couple of weeks. The item is very difficult to remove if you let it dry on your hands, although it will come off if you dry it quickly. If it's clean, it's best to use disposable gloves next time.
