Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition: 3-Inch Slant Tip Paring Knife - Reliable and Stylish, Brown by Alan Brewer

Current knives don't cut

Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition 3" Slant Tip I've been using these Chicago Cutlery paring knives for over 20 years. I like them because they are well balanced, sharpen well and hold the edge just as well are like the more expensive ones I've tried. Twenty years of washing in the dishwasher has whitened the handles a bit, but other than that they feel great. Best paring knives I've found. Update April 2017: I originally bought these knives 5 Given stars because I've had such good results with 20 year old knives. But then I bought some new knives.Unfortunately the current generation isn't as good as the old ones. They seem to be made of low carbon steel and don't hold the edge good I can't recommend them more.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
