I like that it is easy to set up, has many features (including live chat) which are useful in different ways at times! It's free so can't complain about price either as well - great value compared with competitors who charge more than double what we pay!! We have been able use this site since its launch back when there were only 2 providers of such services available- now they're all over us but not necessarily better or worse from our point if view; just another option outthere providing good service/value etcThe main thing i dislike though would be having too much choice sometimes where you need something specific rather then being offered everything under one roof & paying less.
