Honestly, I received this product in exchange for my objective evaluation. I used to buy a similar product from a dealer and use it on my cars to remove dents. This system is a variant of another system. Put simply, it works. It takes several times to remove a dent or dent in a door. And it's a "craft" to remove dents. The size of the head (surface) used, the size of the dent, the location of the dent (on a curved surface, in a crease, etc.), which affect how easily the dent can be removed. All in all, this product gives you the tools you need to achieve this goal. When you purchase this tool, give yourself a few tries to get the hang of it, and you'll be removing door dents and small dents in no time! Below are my pros and cons of this kit. Pros: * Has everything you need to remove dents (except glue gun and glue) * Affordable/cheap in price * Multiple sizes of puller heads for use on different size dents * Adjustable two-pin jumper * Good instructions Cons: * No glue gun included (need to be bought separately) * No glue sticks included (need to be bought separately) * Smaller than expected (that could also be a plus) Also note that I thought the ends of the bipolar bridge would be adjustable as shown. It wasn't like that. Instead, the center puller can move left or right. This is good if the location of the doorway is not symmetrical to where you can place the sockets of the two-pin bridge. This came in handy when repairing hail damage on the side of my RV because I had to maneuver around the window frame and/or the knurled aluminum to get to the dents and remove them.
