Review on 🔧 ACDelco Professional Front Driver Side Hydraulic Brake Hose Assembly - Model 18J4298 by Jason Richardson

Present Although Revain stated it did not fit my 2003 Chevy Suburban, it was actually much better being closer to the OEM line than the other part Revain listed correctly fit (ACDelco 18J4299) . I've read that the ACDelco 18J4299 is only suitable if reground, which I didn't want to do. I had a square head on the end of the banjo instead of a triangular one like the ACDelco 18J4299. The only issue with this part is that it is 2 inches longer than the original part that I replaced. I was able to successfully install additional protection next to the steel pipe and move a mounting clip that was different (much more) than my OEM mounting clip. I'm not sure why there were such small differences in this part, but if you're buying it for your 2003 Suburban you'll need to make some modifications to get it working properly, which isn't ideal. I felt these mods were easier to make than buffing the other option available. The part does not come with a banjo bolt, which is just as unnecessary as the copper washers (included in the scope of delivery).
