Think carefully if it works for you I was under the impression that this was the best product available but after opening and trying it I would like more do research on youtube for other models. When I checked there, I saw various products that did what I wanted. It is very difficult to use it to uproot a small tree that I have soaked the earth around for three days. Also, this product didn't come with a chain, which would have been required for this job - I had to either order one or buy accessories from Home Depot (which I did). It might be great for pulling up a fence post, but that remains to be seen. Pretty disappointed. The leverage is VERY difficult to use and my adult son and I put all of our weight on the bar (nearly 400 pounds total).
