Detaching the plastic master model from the mold works well with the appropriate spray
Liquid silicone is a great advantage for obtaining a bubble-free mold surface. The flexibility of silicone is a little low - the mold can crack. The plastic master model can be released with the appropriate spray, but the trigger must be more reliable for the resin master model or for separating the two halves of the silicone mold. Casting resin is slightly flexible and hard. Advantage - All bubbles within the cast, do not destroy the surface. The disadvantage is the short pouring time (2 min), the inability to work with a syringe for injection molding.
