Had 2 real Pelonis peerless heaters. This one is unparalleled in quality. Cheap expensive Chinese fake. Worst of all it gives off a disgusting electrical smell when heated and everything in the room picks up that smell so you can enjoy it for a couple of days even with the heat off. .I have to let it run outside for a few days to see if the smell goes away before the return period is up. Nothing compares to outdoor heating. UPDATE May 2020 The heating stopped working after a season of regular use. I had to send it back after noticing the pungent smell. HEATER - CLEAR CHARACTER compared to my original Pelonis heater which lasted 25 years! UPDATE Tore apart the heater to see what was going on. Blown wiring in the photo.
