Great solution - could definitely improve its response time

I like that it is easy to use, has many features for scheduling and tracking work orders as well as reporting. The customer support can be hit or miss at times. It's not always clear what they are asking you to do when responding back to your question/request. Sometimes there will be weeks where we have no activity in our system until someone responds with an update. This makes it difficult to know if something was submitted but never responded to and why. We've used this product since 2013 so we're familiar with how it works now and most of the problems we had then still exist today. Tracking our facility operations and being able to see all of the information from one place instead of having to go between multiple systems.
