The best thing about this program is that it allows me to see all of my facilities in one place, which makes scheduling much easier! I can also print out reports for each facility very easily as well!! I like that it is easy to use, has many features for scheduling and tracking work orders as well as reporting. The customer support can be hit or miss at times. It's not always clear what they are asking you to do when responding back to your question/request. Sometimes there will be weeks where we have no activity in our system until someone responds with an update. This makes it difficult to know if something was submitted but never responded to and why.
