This was a mail drop for the front door. It is heavy and large enough for letters and small newspapers. The spring is very strong. However, it is only the front piece. They need to sell a corresponding back of the door piece to finish off the gaping hole on the back side of the door. We had to be very creative and finally bought items to cut to fit and nail around it. Having the same black coated trim plate for the back of the door would have been nice.Also, I tried to call you, but could not find a contact number or email through revain or the world wide web. Your card included in the packaging had neither. The company seems to be based in India although the package was mailed from Kentucky.That being said, the front mail drop looks good and works.
