It broke a little below average as soon as I touched the metal with a brand new washer. Bent the shaft on my Dremel and I was very fortunate to be wearing safety goggles because the shattered pane was headed straight for my face. Extremely dangerous. It should not break at speeds slightly below nominal. I double checked that my dremel's max RPM actually matches the RPM rating of these discs. I gave them TWO stars because they could cut much better than the stock discs at a slightly lower RPM. But DO NOT drive them at full speed without eye protection or you may regret it!
