Review on Cherry Red Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo Yarn by Amber Perez

It's great that you can buy so much yarn so cheaply. This makes it easier to complete large projects like blankets, throws and the like. The "No Lot" idea is also good as you don't have to worry about matching the yarn you bought earlier with the extra yarn you will need later. When I first started crocheting in 2015, I tried Red Heart Super Saver hard yarn and didn't like the texture at all. I recently heard that the yarn is softer and wanted to tackle a bigger project so I decided to try this yarn again. It turns out that all colors are not created equal. I thought the large strands of cerise I ordered (along with the burgundy, café latte, and coffee) were so gross I couldn't imagine doing an entire roll with them. Meanwhile, the large skeins of RHSS Aran I ordered elsewhere were really softer than I remembered and I am very happy using them. Maybe the yarn gets coarser the more color is applied? But I won't take any more risks. From now on I'll probably use a different yarn or try to go to the store and feel the RHSS skein before I buy it.
