I like that you have options for different payment plans so it's not too costly if someone is new or doesn't want to commit right away. It can be confusing with some features but once familiarized it gets easier! You also get reminders through text messages which helps keep me in check as well. Just having an option where people don't feel forced into committing immediately when they are unsure would help. Some clients just aren't ready yet financially or even emotionally. We offer them multiple ways to pay including credit card processing, debit cards/ACHs etc., giftcards (if they prefer).
