You don't need to be tech savvy to install and use this printer. It comes with a USB flash drive that contains not only the printer drivers but also a folder with a tutorial video. If you watch this video in full, you will have no trouble installing this printer on your computer. The only thing it doesn't really apply to is cropping a label from a PDF file. I made a video about it and uploaded it. Hope you can help someone who is having a hard time printing their labels. I'm pretty sure the people who left the negative review don't know how to use a computer and haven't seen the tutorial video showing how to set up the printer properly. It's really very simple and if I can do it, anyone can. This is one of the best purchases I've made in 2020 and it has really made my job as a parcel deliverer that much easier.
