I had a Dell Inspiron with a bad PSU and bought this and it was perfect for the job. I was concerned that it's more of a regular power supply, but for me it just snapped into place, so it's definitely Dell specific. The computer turned back on and I gave it back to the customer to do the work required. It's been about 2 weeks now and the customer hasn't complained (and they'll trust me) so I'll call this a winner and recommend to others!
