We love this harness! It seems to run small and my 8 lb Pomeranian wears MEDIUM very well. It's lightweight and won't irritate your skin like other nylon belts. The V-neck design ensures that there is no pressure on the neck. The D-rings fabric is thin, suitable for a small dog that doesn't pull, but I don't know how reliable it will be for a heavier dog. One star deducted because I feel insecure in thin fabrics. I thought it could be used to attach to a seat belt. The design is perfect for this, but not used as I'm not sure the fabric tie-down rings will take a hard hit. Plus it's so cute. This is a therapy dog and is often admired by patients. It's soft with no rough edges; important as it is held by many sick or elderly people with sensitive skin. Just note that you may need to order one size larger.
