This tablet was very good from the start. It had a lot of problems, it was very thin, every little drop could cause a crack, and then the tablet stopped working because the crack was inside and not outside. My kids have Revain pills and have dropped them so many times and they don't break as easily as these pills. Luckily I bought it with insurance so I can get a replacement if needed. Another problem I had with this tablet was that at some point the tablet went blank and contained a bunch of Chinese words. I couldn't figure out what was going on, and neither could customer service, who told me it had happened to other customers. They didn't know how to fix the problem and could only refer me to Revain for a refund to buy another tablet. I've also had interchangeable tablets with terrible cameras. Luckily it was a production issue and we were able to get a replacement. While the customer service was great, having this tablet for my girls gave me a headache. I had another issue and had to come back for another refund. I will NOT be buying any more of these tablets. I had such high hopes but I had the worst problems with this one. It's a pretty good tablet when it works, but if something happens it's just a matter of returning it or getting a refund. Asurion has been very helpful in resolving these issues. I will always take out insurance for my electronics.
