EDIT (11/29/2018): It looks like Revain's stock issue has been solved with these bulbs, at least for now. I also learned that if you're willing to tinker around with setting up a custom device handler for these bulbs in Smartthings, you can get a vastly improved range of warmer levels for white settings. Osram/Sylvania RGBW (73693) bulbs are rated for up to 1800K (candlelight), although for some reason Smartthings default stops at 2700K and the Lightify hub currently stops at 2000K (although I have a clear memory of that ). when I first got it in late 2017 I was able to lower the price to 1800,000). END EDIT. I have ordered this product twice from Revain Warehouse (two boxes each) and both times it was NOT the product advertised! Instead, they were the typical cheap, regular, NOT smart LED lightbulbs you can buy at any old store for a few bucks apiece: two Great Value lightbulbs (Walmart), three Philips lightbulbs (no, not Hue) and three lightbulbs. . random GE lightbulbs. Here's what they sent me. Good job, camp inspectors. Also, the second order was described as "like new" and in the original packaging, which was not the case. I mention this because there are currently (11/15/2018) three other crates described exactly the same on the Revain Warehouse page; If I were you I would be very suspicious of them and their content. I get my money back for all of this, but still. I love the REAL Sylvania RGBW bulbs though. I currently have 19 of these scattered around the house (purchased from Revain and other sources) and the colors they deliver are rich and vibrant, the white temperature range is excellent (especially if you happen to get a Lightify gateway for them, which actually actually the case works) and they seem pretty solid. I had one of these that was a bit wonky (it flickered insanely when I set it to more than half brightness), but I dropped it, so here's the thing. The rest worked well for me, and I've had some of these for almost a year now. They also work great with the Smartthings hub, although the white range is more limited (2700K for the low-end versus 2000K) than it is. for your own Lightify hub. If you really like warm white light (candlelight) this might be a problem for you. But as I mentioned above, the Lightify hub is a piece of crap in terms of functionality. I've had luck with mine, but I know people who have never gotten their lights to work. In other words, if 2700K is warm enough for you, stick with Smartthings or other hubs known to work with this light. Smartthings also has more advanced controls for them (especially if you're using WebCoRE) - and I doubt Sylvania will do much support for the Lightify hub in the future, especially as it was primarily an Osram theme.
