Too bad they didn't give you a few more suspension length options. I want my light fixture to be about 3 inches lower, but no more. In addition, the upper ceiling connection is already pre-threaded. But the rod being screwed in won't stop turning until all the threads are done and about 1/4-1/2 inch is left. I colored them to match them with a black marker. It worked but I wish they would fit properly. I tried all the bars and none screwed in any further. Definitely a good device for the money. We used 40W Edison bulbs.
