1975 Grand Prix air intake hose upgrade - great!
Used to replace the worn paper hose that runs from the air cleaner to the front of the vehicle on a 1975 Pontiac Grand Prix 455 engine. I cut it to length and kept the folding clips from the original hose. By lubricating the elbow a bit and just working on the edge next to the metal support wire, the clamps fit and the end result looks like it could be the original due to the locking ring/clamps. Buying a replica of the original hose costs over $100. I'm happy with this workaround and the money saved.
