I bought two of these locks last summer and have been using them ever since and I am very happy with them as they look super cool and work great and I thought the price was worth it compared to other available ones Castles. Since I've only used the combinations I configured them with to open them, I didn't realize until recently that any of them actually open with ANY combination. I set mine to a 6 digit code, but then I realized that any code, 4 digits or more would actually open the lock, just like that, and I lived with a front door that could be opened with any combination. anyone, for almost a year. Noticing this, I started using an additional mechanical lock to secure my door, which defeats the purpose of a keyless digital lock in the first place. Since the return window for this lock was already closed, I contacted the seller about my issue. They sent me reset instructions which I did and since then my lock has been working perfectly. The reset can only be done from the inside, so it's safe. I wish I had known this a while ago but in the end the problem was solved and I am happy with my lock again. I still recommend it and still think it's one of the coolest locks out there and worth the price.
