Review on Avisare by Saul Rivera

I love that it takes out so much of my time by doing all the work myself! It also saves me from having to go through multiple vendors at once when submitting an RFI or RFQ which allows us more flexibility in our sourcing process. The only thing i dislike about this tool is how complicated some of their modules are. If you have someone who knows what they're talking about then there's no issue but if not than make sure before purchasing as things can get very confusing with lots of different options available within each module/feature. We use Avisares for everything we do related to procurement (RFIs /RFXs). They help streamline processes while providing access via web browser allowing employees across locations to submit information without needing additional software installed locally - saving money & reducing risk associated wtih security breaches etcetera.
