NPT thread but metric barb

This is normal, although I believe the filter is not working very well. I am planning to buy a replacement razor. I spent extra $ to get the NPT thread. However, the serrations they contain are ultra-thin walled and require a metric wrench to install. So now I have to buy new notches. Your best bet is to use a brand name that has everything, the best filter, barbs, for just a few bucks more.
