Was skeptical because not only is it an after-sales service, but it is also very cheap. Thought it was temporary until we get a genuine replacement mirror from Jeep. Mind you, the body behind the mirror is just black plastic, but otherwise the mirror is almost identical to the original and works exactly the same (heating, etc.). In this case it was possible to save the painted body of the broken mirror that matched the jeep and therefore it was possible to remove the black plastic from this mirror and easily replace it with the original. Once we did, it fit together well enough to keep forever.
