Review on Hsctek by George Halbohm

My interactions with Hsctek have been negative. They have a wide variety of apparel, footwear, jewelry, and novelty items, but the quality of their products and the assistance they provide to customers have been less than stellar. First of all, you never know if you're going to get a good product or not. Some of the items I've gotten were clearly of low quality and quickly became unusable. It can be difficult to determine the correct size to purchase because of the inconsistent sizing. In addition, I've had things I ordered not match the description or the pictures on their website. The second issue is the poor quality of their customer support. I've had trouble getting in touch with them, and it's taken them days to respond to my questions. The answer I did get was cold and uninformative. Finally, I found their website to be extremely complicated and difficult to use. The search feature is shaky, and it's hard to refine your results. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I do not suggest Hsctek. Their customer care and product quality are lacking, but their prices are hard to beat. My advice is to exercise caution when buying online and to always check reviews before making a purchase.
