Review on Enhanced Soft Close Drawer Slides - 12 Inch Side Mount Cabinet Slides with Low Noise and 100 LB Capacity - Set of 10 Pairs for Dressers, Kitchen Cabinets by Ari Tanner

I'm a bit frustrated because these drawer slides seem to be exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately I only got one of ten pairs. Knowing that Revane makes them I can only assume someone screwed up and split the order into separate parts. If you order from Revain frequently, you may have noticed the "Sold as a set, do not disassemble" stickers. The one I ordered doesn't have this sticker, so the fault probably lies with the seller and not a Revain employee. The two sides (a pair) are in a plastic bag, so I understand how that could have happened, but I'm wondering what else I might have missed. The kit did not include any equipment or instructions. Maybe they should be intuitive. It's not really difficult to understand, but with only one pair I won't be able to use them like I expected. I've played around with a different setting and they seem pretty smooth. I had never used soft close drawers before and was excited to try it. I'm sad I have to wait and find something else. Three stars might be a bit generous but I love the slides, I just want to get what I ordered.
