Tabs OK, half screws broken off

The tabs are exactly what I wanted to attach the Living Edge oak table top to the slatted base I made for it. But after two of the first four bolts broke off with minimal torque, I switched to the other bolts I had on hand. So I don't know how to give a proper rating for them. Tabs - 5 stars, mounting screws - 0 stars.
