It's well made and works as it should
Bought this for my new Robobrew system. It's nicely finished and works as it should. I figured smaller than my wooden spatula would fit a smaller robobrew. Unfortunately, with the smaller diameter handle on this paddle, it's actually more difficult to stir thicker puree. Working with two hands is also more difficult. That's fine, but for my purposes I'll probably go back to using a regular-sized wooden spatula for mashing.
