It is very easy software to use, intuitive, and user-friendly. I have used it in a few hotels. In those I have used, it has been a great customer experience. There isn’t much to dislike as far as I have used it. It does its job. A few minor things that might need improvements, but nothing serious enough to hate. The worst thing about it is the initial learning curve and the cost. However, after that the time to get productive is less. Once you get productive you will appreciate the features of Chorum. It saves you a substantial amount of time. It also makes it easy for you to work with different types of people. There is no real struggle. There is always someone who is able to understand and help you out. It's a great time saver for you as well. There are many people who like to chat with you. This is not a big problem. I like the chat feature very much. This helps a lot with customer service. it helps that way because one person can handle more customers and give them what they need. The ability to have one place where we could access all of our reservation information in an easy manner was great! It did not allow us as much flexibility with how it worked but this is likely due more so by their lack than ours (we are just starting out). We were able fix some issues that they had within there system which allowed them work arounds from what I understand - however nothing major or drastic happened at my location/property- only minor things like having extra fields added etc..
