Great Customer Service Software: Chorum CRS

It is very easy software to use, intuitive, and user-friendly. I have used it in a few hotels. In those I have used, it has been a great customer experience. There isn’t much to dislike as far as I have used it. It does its job. A few minor things that might need improvements, but nothing serious enough to hate. The worst thing about it is the initial learning curve and the cost. However, after that the time to get productive is less. Once you get productive you will appreciate the features of…

  • Great Customer Service !!! Very fast response times if something needs fixed quickly..they respond right away without any delays!!! They really do care..i am sure i would be happy working here :)
Cons
  • Cost...but worth every penny once started up
